  • Meaningful Litigation Experience: Take an active role in your cases through depositions, court appearances, case strategy, client communication, and trial preparation.
  • Hybrid Flexibility: Flexible work arrangements that offer a balance of in-office collaboration and remote work.
  • Professional Growth: Access to in-house CLE programs, structured mentoring, support for legal association memberships, and opportunities for community involvement.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Multiple health benefit options, generous 401(k) matching, and profit-sharing programs.
  • Collaborative Team: Work alongside experienced attorneys committed to strong advocacy, professional development, teamwork, and exceptional client service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a professional liability litigation caseload from inception through resolution
  • Develop defense strategies through legal research, factual investigation, and case analysis

  • Prepare matters for trial and participate in the trial of professional liability cases
  • Manage case deadlines and client requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Illinois law license and good standing with the Illinois Bar
  • 2+ years of professional liability litigation experience
  • Medical malpractice, dental malpractice, and/or long-term care defense experience preferred
  • Deposition experience
  • Trial preparation experience
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Strong organizational and client communication skills

If you’re ready to take on greater responsibility, deepen your professional liability experience, and continue building your litigation career, we’d like to hear from you.
