Host/Hostess -- Part-Time Help create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment customers walk through the door. Responsibilities: • Greet guests enthusiastically and guide them through the ordering process. • Manage customer flow and maintain a clean seating and entry area. • Provide basic menu information and answer questions with friendliness and knowledge. • Support servers by organizing menus, cleaning tables, and restocking front-of-house supplies. • Represent Henny Penny Cupcakes' values of hospitality, community, and positive energy as the first face customers see.
