Maintenance Technician

Multi-Family Property Management Company located in Cockeysville, MD is currently seeking highly skilled new team members with an understanding of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and general maintenance. HVAC certification is a plus, but is not initially required, classes are offered. Technicians maintain the interior and exterior of the buildings. We have excellent resident satisfaction ratings; great customer service and time management skills are required. We offer prompt and efficient service to our residents. Technicians are required to be on-call on a rotating basis. A valid driver's license and transportation are required.

High School Diploma/GED 2 years apartment maintenance experience HVAC certification preferred Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair Valid drivers license and reliable transportation insured in the State of Maryland Must pass pre-employment basic maintenance test Must have own tools Ability to work the mandatory 24 hour call rotation Ability to maintain confidentiality
