Heather's Housekeeping is a locally owned cleaning company providing residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area and surrounding communities. We're seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to provide high-quality cleaning services while maintaining professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, and pay rate is between $18.50 and $20 / hour - depending on experience. Responsibilities: Perform routine and specialized cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, floor care, sanitizing, and laundry as needed. Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely, respond professionally to client requests, and assist with inventory and scheduling when needed. Qualifications: Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to perform physical cleaning duties independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift and perform active cleaning tasks throughout the shift. Successful completion of required pre-employment screening is also necessary.
