- Job Duties
- Assist with data collection, time studies, and work instructions
- Assist with production layout design and CAD updates
- Assist with project related Value Stream Mapping and Process Mapping
- Support Kaizen & 5S event planning and execution à updating progress and activities within Kaizen Optimizer
- Assist with developing standard work documents
- Assist to update SSoT the Corp project tracking system (OpEx and CapEx)
- Assist and support project meetings, capturing minutes, action items and updating tasks within the Kaizen Optimizer software
- Assist to update PowerPoint presentations
- Other project related duties as needed
Qualifications
- Field of study is technical or mechanical focused
- Fluent in MS Office Products, specifically: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
- Well organized, with an attention to detail
- Personable, with a can-do attitude; able to work well across functions, in a team environment
