Closed Door Pharmacist - $10,000 Sign On Bonus

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist to join a closed-door pharmacy team in Milwaukee, WI. This organization is a leading provider of pharmacy services for long-term care and post-acute facilities, offering a fast-paced, non-retail environment with a collaborative, team-based workflow. Pharmacists enjoy predictable hours, no direct retail customer interactions, and the opportunity to focus on medication safety, accuracy, and quality patient care.

Schedule:

• 4x10's - Days

Compensation Notes:

• $65-72/hr + Shift Differential if Applicable
• $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

Daily Responsibilities:

• Review and process medication orders to ensure accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance while maintaining complete patient medication records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support safe, effective medication use, including preparation, packaging, and labeling of medications

Required Qualifications:

• Clear and active Pharmacist license in Wisconsin
• 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacist
