HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge to fill an opening with a top-rated retail employer dedicated to optimizing patient outcomes and delivering compassionate, high-quality experiences to patients in Clarksville, IN.

Pay Details:

• $153-161K (Based on experience)
• Premium Pay Incentive
• Annual Bonus $9k - $18k

Shift:

• 40 hours a week, Days & autonomy to create your own schedule!

Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist-in-Charge:

• Oversee pharmacy staff and operations, dispense prescriptions, manage inventory levels, and ensure proper storage and security of drugs
• Provide superior patient care through patient advocacy and education

Required Qualifications for Pharmacist-in-Charge:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Active/Clear State Pharmacist Licensure
• 2 years of experience within a retail pharmacy setting
• Proficient with computers and prescription management systems

Preferred Qualifications for the Pharmacist-in-Charge:

• Relevant Pharmacy Board Certification(s)
• Equivalent combination of education experience in business management
