The goal isn't "Slack for healthcare." It's that messaging Holmes feels exactly like messaging a human colleague. No seams. No "AI mode." Real-time, HIPAA-compliant, deviceless. • 7+ years building production frontend applications people actually use
• Watched real users struggle with your mistakes - and it changed how you build
• Deep experience with data visualization and complex interactive interfaces
• Obsession with details that separate broken from inevitable
• Strong opinions on performance, accessibility, micro-interactions

Also great if you have

• Healthcare or regulated industry experience
• Real-time collaborative interfaces (chat, multiplayer, live dashboards)
• A design sensibility - you've argued with designers and sometimes were right
