- Drive outstanding project delivery by coordinating workloads, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams to complete high-quality work on time and within established project parameters.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, participate in marketing and project meetings, and work with teams to identify and win opportunities that grow the practice across HDR.
- Promote a culture of quality and innovation, including coordinating code compliance reviews with governing agencies and advancing solutions that improve design and technical excellence.
- Direct, mentor, and develop electrical engineering professionals, strengthening individual capabilities, elevating the practice, and helping attract highly qualified talent to HDR.
- Represent HDR within the professional community to strengthen the firm's reputation, relationships, and recognition as a world-class provider of professional services.
