  • For high-profile events and executive appearances, develop security operations plans and coordinate on-site security operations (e.g., access control, crowd management, perimeter and route security) in partnership with event owners and law enforcement, as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and deliver white-glove service while enforcing protective measures professionally and consistently.
  • Support incident response during protective operations, including medical first response within training/certification scope and coordination with emergency services.
  • Document operational activity, after-action observations, and improvement items; contribute to SOPs, training, and continuous program enhancement.
  • Serve as deputy/acting lead for protective operations when the Director is unavailable; provide functional guidance to assigned and contract protective personnel, as applicable.
  • Support related protective programs as assigned (e.g., event protection operations, protective investigations, aviation/ASO coordination where applicable).
