Their portfolio includes both ground-up and interior construction projects ranging from $1M to $20M in value, and their continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for an experienced Superintendent looking to make a significant impact.

Your new role As Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all field operations and be responsible for the successful execution of ground-up and interior projects from preconstruction through project completion. You will work closely with company leadership and project management teams, playing a key role in maintaining schedules, managing subcontractors, and delivering exceptional results for clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all day-to-day site activities for federal, government, and retail construction projects
• Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Maintaining project schedules and ensuring milestones are achieved
• Leading site safety efforts and enforcing OSHA compliance
• Conducting quality control inspections and ensuring work meets project specifications
• Managing construction activities in occupied and operational environments when required
• Collaborating with Project Managers, owners, architects, and government representatives
• Identifying and resolving field issues proactively to minimize delays
• Overseeing inspections, punch list completion, and project closeout
• Delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget expectations

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
• Experience managing both ground-up and interior construction projects
• Federal, government, retail, commercial, or public-sector construction experience preferred
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing organization
