Your new role As Regional Property Manager, you will oversee a large portfolio of luxury multifamily communities across the Los Angeles market, leading property teams and driving strong operational and financial performance.

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance across a large residential portfolio
• Lead, mentor, and support Property Managers and onsite teams
• Manage budgets, financial performance, occupancy, and property-level strategies
• Partner with ownership and internal teams to ensure portfolio goals and operational standards are achieved

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years of residential property management experience
• Strong background managing luxury/Class A multifamily communities
• Experience overseeing a large portfolio and significant unit count
• Proven leadership experience managing Property Managers and onsite teams

What you'll get in return

• $140,000- $155,000 base salary
