Your new role:

You will be responsible for delivering commercial construction interior projects from inception through completion. Likely you would be managing 1-3 projects at various stages simultaneously and range from $5M - $15M, 15,000 sq ft - 60,000 sq ft.

You will be supported by a dedicated preconstruction, accounting, and administrative team in the office, as well as a Superintendent in the field. Your primary responsibilities will include contract management, financial oversight, schedule management, along with leading all correspondence with the client and key vendors.

What you'll need to succeed:

• 6+ years’ experience working for a general contractor delivering interior construction projects in the values of $1M - $5M.
• Have led projects as a Project Manager position where you been responsible for the full delivery of your projects including the financial management.
• Degree qualified preferred but not essential.
• Comfortable with being on-site visiting job sites across the DC and Northern VA area.

What you'll get in return:

• Base salary up in the range of $120K-$150k depending on experience.
