Project Manager

Your new role As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple commercial construction projects ranging from $5M to $15M, ensuring successful delivery across schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction. You’ll lead teams of Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers while collaborating closely with field leadership, design partners, and clients. This role will manage a mix of renovation, modernization, and commercial work, with exposure to both private and Federal projects. You will be based in the Columbia office and visit project sites as needed - typically 1–2 times per week.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5–10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management,
• A strong GC background is essential with an emphasis on renovations and complex interior work.
• Experience with JOC or IDIQ contracts is a strong plus.
• Comfortable running multiple projects simultaneously, managing financials, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Ability to lead teams and maintain strong partnerships across all project stakeholders.
