Construction Project Manager - (Client-Side QSR)

Your new company and role We have been retained by a rapidly growing QSR to hire and onboard 1-2 Construction Project Managers that will spearhead an aggressive campaign of builds over the coming years.

This client has been rapidly expanding and is moving into new areas of the country, (East Coast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast), as the brand continues to gain popularity.

Your new role

Key responsibilities include:

• Working with Sr. Director of Facilities Management to identify new areas and work locally on potential new builds
• Spearhead the delivery process working with GC’s
• Work within projected schedules and identify any potential issues and work towards resolution
• 20–40 new builds are planned for 2027

What you'll need to succeed

• Client-side experience, highly preferred within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), domain
• Some prior experience on the GC side may be a plus
• Familiarity with programs like Primavera and Procore is desired
• Must be a strong communicator, both written and oral, with attention to detail
