A highly respected DC based general contractor specializing in high-end custom residential projects is seeking a Construction Manager to lead luxury custom home projects across in the district. From elegant single-family estates to upscale townhomes and boutique apartment residences, If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional homes and thrive in a detail-driven, client-focused environment, let's start a conversation.

What you'll need to succeed:

• 3+ years of experience managing luxury residential construction projects - single-family homes, townhomes, or apartments as a Construction Manager.
• Ability to lead projects from in the field from the start through to final handover, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline goals are met.
• New construction and renovation experience highly preferred but can be trained if your experience is more tailored to one side.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Must live locally to Washington DC - this is a 5-day on-site role, with active jobsite presence required.
