Community Association Manager

Your new company HAYS Recruitment is currently partnered with one of the largest and most successful condominium, townhome, and association management firms in the nation. With 40+ years of industry experience, 200+ branch offices, and over 5.5MM homeowners served, this role will allow you to work alongside some of the most experienced individuals in the community association management space. Your new role We are seeking a Community Association Manager for their Dedham branch: an established operation with a portfolio of over 17,000 doors across 300 associations. Operating from the branch's satellite office in Dedham, the Community Association Manager will oversee a portfolio of approximately 9-10 condominium and homeowner associations throughout the Greater Boston and Central Massachusetts markets. The Community Association Manager will be responsible for managing board relationships, overseeing day-to-day community operations, supporting annual budgeting processes, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across the assigned portfolio. This position offers a hybrid work environment with three days in the office and two days working remotely. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for the Community Association Manager role in Dedham, Massachusetts, candidates will have the following:

• 4+ years of community association, condominium, HOA, or property management experience
• Strong experience working directly with condominium or homeowners association boards
• Experience overseeing maintenance projects, vendor relationships, and capital improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
• CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation is a plus
