$46.00/hr – DESE Certified

$30.00/hr – Bachelor’s Degree

$25.00/hr – Associate’s Degree

Organizational Relationship

or Line of Authority:

Directly responsible to the Bridge Coordintor and Director of Title 1.

Statement of Duties:

• Responsible for instructional and general duties as indicated by the Bridge Program Coordinator.
• Works with students in a small group setting as needed.
• privides support to student's individual needs.
• Maintains a record of assinments completed by students.

Qualifications:

• Licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education required.
• Knowledge of middle school philosophy, organization, and curriculum.
• Understanding of the middle school student and his/her early adolescent needs.
• Knowledge of recommended middle school instructional practices.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent of Schools may find appropriate and acceptable.
• Enjoys working with middle school students.
