LPN

The district is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who can travel with the student between home and school in the morning and the return trip in the afternoon. Route times would be in the morning most likely leaving between 7:50/8:10am and return by 9:00am, and pick up in the afternoon between 3:00/3:10pm with a return by 4:00pm. This position would also need to be flexible for 1/2 day schedules where dismissal is at 1:00pm, and summer programming.

Requirements

The LPN will need to be capable of initiating/activating an emergency medical response and providing interventions identified in an Individual Health/Safety Plan in case of emergencies. The applicants for this position must hold a Massachusetts license to practice as an LPN under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
