QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional Educator License with General Administrative or Principal endorsement
- Proven success as a teacher and administrator
- Proven leadership skills
- The ability to coordinate instructional programs
- The ability to work collaboratively to identify needs, develop viable plans and set priorities
- The vision and enthusiasm for effective leadership
- Recognition of the importance of parent and community involvement in the school
- Successful completion of teacher evaluation training (preferred)
