Regional Facilities Engineer

Hartwig Staffing has partnered with a local growing oil and gas company that is adding a Facilities Engineer to their team. This will be a key role within the organization. Pay is $200K - $225K based on experience.

Skills you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Design, evaluate, and optimize production facilities and related equipment.
• Develop engineering designs, specifications, and project documentation.
• Manage facility projects from planning and budgeting through construction and startup.
• Evaluate facility needs and support new acquisitions and development projects.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and identify opportunities to improve performance and reliability.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.
• Work with operations and safety teams to support continuous improvement and reduce operational risks.
• Experience with engineering design software and technical documentation.
