Direct Support Professional

Provide support centered dementia care support based on individual's care plan. Assist with activities of daily living including, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Use demential specific communiction techniques to help reduce confusion, anxiety and agitation. Ensure health and safety through supervision, fall prevention, and montoring changes in condition. Support memory care activities and meaningful cognitive engagement. Complete daily documentation including service notes, data collection and incident reports. Must have 2 years of experience. Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. High School Diploma or GED required.
