Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Compliance: Ensure the property strictly adheres to Choice Hotels brand standards, successfully

passing all quality assurance (QA) inspections and corporate audits.

• Property Leadership: Oversee all motel operations, organizing workflow between front desk, housekeeping, and

maintenance teams.

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate a mid-sized team; directly manage department

supervisors to ensure operational accountability.

• Financial Oversight: Manage daily cash flows, monitor labor costs, track inventory expenses, and oversee local

vendor contracts.

• Revenue Strategy: Maximize property performance (RevPAR and occupancy) by utilizing Choice-specific property

systems, managing online listings, and building local commercial or corporate accounts.

• Guest & Reputation Management: Maintain high customer service scores, resolve guest escalations, and actively

respond to guest feedback and online reviews.

• Property Maintenance: Inspect facilities daily to ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards;

coordinate preventative maintenance..
