Associate Planning Board Member

The Associate Member is to be appointed by joint session of the Select Board and the Planning Board, with each member of either Board having one vote, for a term of three years. The Chair of the Planning Board may designate a duly appointed Associate Member to sit on the Board for the purposes of acting on a special permit application, or in such other matters under Planning Board jurisdiction as may be authorized by law, in the case of absence, inability to act, or conflict of interest on the part of any member of the Planning Board, or in the event of a vacancy on the Board. The Planning Board has received some indication of interest in the position and welcomes any citizen to consider volunteering for this role. If interested, email planningboard@hardwick-ma.gov
