The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehab Specialist (CNA) to join our team.
What You Will Do
- Assist residents with morning care and basic ADLs to prepare them for therapy
- Safely transfer and transport patients to and from therapy sessions
- Set up therapy equipment and prepare treatment areas
- Support therapists during sessions with positioning, balance assistance, and safety monitoring
- Complete restorative nursing programs (ROM, strengthening, ambulation, ADL maintenance)
- Document participation and report any changes in resident condition
- Clean and sanitize equipment and maintain an organized therapy area
- Follow all safety and infection-control procedures
- Other duty assigned
What You Must Have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
- Active CNA certification in good standing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift, move, and support residents safely
