📍 Service Areas: Schiller Park, Des Plaines, Arlington Heights, Elgin, Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Palos Hills, and West Dundee, IL and in clinic

💲 Compensation

$80–$95 per hour

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure ethical and high-quality ABA service delivery

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred
