Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Job Coordinator to be the link between our customers and our technicians, getting the right tech to the right home at the right time.

What You'll Do

• Scheduling service and installation appointments for our customers
• Dispatching technicians strategically, routing by location and skillset for maximum efficiency
• Keeping customers informed and setting clear expectations before the tech arrives
• Staying in constant contact with field managers and the Customer Experience Manager on job details and customer needs
• Tracking department metrics and owning the results, the wins and the misses
• Being your technicians' biggest cheerleader and encouraging a growth mindset across the team

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Job coordinating or dispatching experience is a plus
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but we’ll train you
• Strong organization and prioritization skills, especially when the day gets busy
• Clear, confident communication with customers and the team, by phone and in writing
• Comfortable holding the team accountable to our policies and core values
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and happy to be part of a team
• Ability to pass a background screening
