Lead Carpenter/Foreman

Need someone with at least 5 years of construction experience that can take the lead in performing work autonomously and with little supervision. Ability to complete work in a timely manner, problem solve, gather proper materials, train apprentices, operate company vehicles & equipment, and punctual. Ability to communicate effectively with Homeowners, peers, & supervisors.
