General Labor - Ironworkers: We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our metal fabrication team. This role involves working with various metals including aluminum, copper and steel, performing tasks such as cutting materials to length and operating punching machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality. - Operate machinery to cut metal materials (aluminum, copper, steel, etc.) to specified lengths - Use punching machines to create holes or shapes according to production specifications - Measure and inspect materials to ensure accuracy and quality - Load and unload raw materials and finished products - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow safety protocols and always wear appropriate PPE - Assist with other general labor tasks as needed in the shop General Labor - Spot Welding / PEM Insertion This role involves operating specialized equipment to install fasteners and perform resistance spot welding on sheet metal components. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, a strong mechanical aptitude, spot welding considered and a commitment to quality and safety. - Operate PEM insertion machines to install self-clinching fasteners (nuts, studs, standoffs, etc.) into sheet metal parts - Operate spot welding equipment to join metal components according to specifications - Read and interpret blueprints, work orders and technical drawings - Inspect completed work for accuracy, alignment and quality standards - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals ** ** Details: Full time.
