The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on security professional with strong operational judgment, leadership capabilities, and the ability to independently manage security operations in a dynamic studio environment.

  • Serve as the primary onsite security leader, overseeing daily security operations, contract security personnel, staffing coverage, patrols, and adherence to established security procedures.
  • Provide operational direction and oversight to contracted security providers, ensuring appropriate service levels, personnel performance, and compliance with HCP security standards.
  • Oversee physical security operations, including access control, video surveillance, alarm systems, visitor management, and other security technologies.

  • Conduct routine security assessments, inspections, and minor environmental health and safety (EHS) observations, documenting hazards and coordinating corrective actions with appropriate personnel.
  • Support emergency preparedness, workplace violence prevention, special events, and other operational security initiatives.
  • Assist with talent protection, executive protection activities, intelligence gathering, threat monitoring, and other initiatives under the broader GST program.
  • Maintain site-specific security procedures, post orders, operational documentation, and incident reporting standards.
  • Support security operations, projects, and emergency response at additional HCP studios and assets throughout the Los Angeles region as required.
  • Partner with GST leadership and the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) on incident coordination, security improvements, and enterprise security initiatives.
  • Support after-hours operational incidents or emergencies when necessary.
