Restaurant Manager Atlanta, Georgia | $65,000–$75,000

We are partnering with a respected, chef-driven restaurant in Atlanta to find an experienced Restaurant Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a full-service concept known for thoughtful cuisine, genuine hospitality, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience. The Restaurant Manager will be a visible, hands-on leader responsible for supporting daily operations, developing the front-of-house team, and maintaining high standards for service and hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support front-of-house operations during service
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
• Create a welcoming, polished, and memorable guest experience
• Maintain consistent service and operational standards
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure strong communication between the front and back of house
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cost controls
• Handle guest concerns professionally and thoughtfully
• Support beverage, private dining, and special-event operations
• Help build a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture

What We’re Looking For

• Management experience in a full-service, chef-driven restaurant
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A genuine passion for hospitality and developing people
• Experience managing high-volume or elevated dining operations
• Solid understanding of labor, inventory, and restaurant financials
• Calm, confident leadership during busy services
• A hands-on manager who enjoys being present on the floor

Compensation

• Base salary: $65,000–$75,000, based on experience
