BRANCH MANAGER

We are seeking a Branch Sales Manager for our depot located in Salisbury, MD . This is an exciting position in a customer focused atmosphere where you will have the opportunity to partner with, and coordinate activities of, Independent Distributor's sales routes engaged in selling and distributing Schmidt Baking Company products and services. We exceed customer expectations through a continuous improvement process; and building mutually beneficial business relationships at all levels of your customer's organization. We are looking for an individual that has passion for delivering 100% Customer Satisfaction by providing high quality products on a consistent, predictable service schedule. The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to be self-motivated, be a goal-oriented achiever and be able to partner with independent business owner as well as company associates in achieving common objectives.
