E-Commerce Specialist (Purchasing/Sourcing)

Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Source and onboard new products, negotiate costs and terms with suppliers, and manage online catalog
• Manage and optimize product listings (descriptions, images, pricing)
• Own the vendor relationship: negotiate pricing, terms, promotional support MOQs, and lead times
• Build product launch plans in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Fulfillment (creative assets, imagery, launch timing, inventory)
• Manage the item lifecycle end-to-end: item setup, cataloging, forecasting, replenishment, promotional planning, and end-of-life decisions
• Manage sell-through, margin, in-stock rate, and customer feedback; take corrective action on underperforming SKUs
• Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance

Qualifications/Skills:

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in buying, sourcing, e-commerce, or retail merchandising
• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, vendor management, inventory management, and demand forecasting
• Demonstrated vendor negotiation experience and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems (IMS)
• Strong interest in retail trends and e-commerce innovation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred

Work Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Salary Range: $61,000 - $81,950
