Job Description

Design, implement and support enterprise network security and access control solutions like Cisco ISE to meet customer business, security, and compliance requirements. Analyze customer environments and develop technical architectures, implementation strategies, and operational procedures to ensure secure and reliable network access. Conduct requirements gathering sessions, technical workshops, and design reviews to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate security solutions. Provide advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex authentication, authorization, connectivity, and network security issues. Develop technical documentation including design specifications, implementation guides, migration procedures, and operational standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, deploy, validate, and maintain security solutions within enterprise environments. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership, guidance, and knowledge transfer to support team development and operational excellence. Part-time telecommuting allowed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or related field and 36 months of experience.
