Job details

Serve as the lead maintenance technician and first point of contact for mechanical equipment issues.
Provide guidance, training, and technical support to maintenance team members and machine operators.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems on rubber processing equipment, including extruders, mixers, and molding machines.
Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
Respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns and production interruptions.
Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical diagrams, technical manuals, and schematics.
Document maintenance activities using maintenance logs or computerized maintenance systems.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
Partner with production, quality, and safety teams to improve operational performance.
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, and PPE requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
