About Us

We are a dedicated commercial parts logistics and fleet courier service. Driven by our mission of \"navigating the last mile with precision and care,\" we specialize in time-sensitive, point-to- point commercial delivery with no on-site warehousing or storage.

Veteran-Friendly Employer

Founded by a military veteran, our company is proudly dedicated to hiring those who have served. We know transitioning back to civilian life can be a challenge. We offer a high- autonomy environment where you are trusted to execute your routes with precision, care, and without a manager breathing down your neck. Whether you are looking for structure, independence, or a mission-focused team, we highly encourage veterans to apply.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, autonomous, and detail-oriented Delivery Driver / Courier to handle local and regional commercial parts logistics starting in early October. This is a night- shift position where you will be responsible for transporting commercial goods safely and efficiently, ensuring you finish your route and are back home by the early morning.

Schedule & Hours

This is a permanent part-time position averaging 30 hours per week; however, additional hours are frequently available during the winter season due to weather conditions and transit delays.

Night Shift: Shifts typically begin around 11:00 PM once the incoming line-haul delivery arrives.

Drivers assist with offloading, scanning, and loading their assigned route vehicles. Routes are highly efficient and generally completed within a 6-hour time frame or

less.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and inspect required USDOT commercial vehicle safety equipment (including fire extinguishers and emergency triangles) and safely operate material handling tools such as hand carts and pallet jacks.

Execute dedicated night delivery routes and courier requests with high precision. Safely transport commercial parts and cargo to designated client locations.

Load and unload delivery vehicles carefully to prevent damage to transit items. Review delivery manifests, scan packages, and log delivery data accurately using the

assigned mobile app. Maintain clear communication with dispatch regarding arrival times or unexpected

delays. Conduct routine pre-trip vehicle safety inspections.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 3 years of driving experience (proves a solid record of safety and maturity). Valid Class D Drivers License with a clean driving record (MVR check required; no

major violations within the last 3 years). Must hold a valid DOT Medical Examiners Certificate (Medical Card) or be willing to

obtain one via our fully covered company corporate medical account prior to starting. Drug-Free Workplace: Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with

our ongoing company drug policy in accordance with Idaho SIF requirements. Prior experience in commercial delivery, military transport, or courier services is a

plus but not required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably handle physical loading/unloading

tasks. Strong navigational skills and the ability to follow precise written or verbal drop-off

instructions at specific client facilities. Must pass standard background checks.

What We Offer

Competitive Pay: \$18.00 - \$21.00 per hour (based on experience). Local routing: Be home in your own bed every single morning. High Autonomy: A respectful, independent work environment built on trust. Paid Downtime: Hours spent waiting on occasional incoming freight transit or line-

haul delays are fully paid. Full Regulatory Peace of Mind: We are a fully insured operation providing complete

commercial auto liability and comprehensive WCF / Workers\' Compensation safety coverage for all drivers.
