EVENTS COORDINATOR

Our Great Life community has gotten a bit busier so we are hiring an Events Coordinator to manage and oversee a variety of events at multiple Gretna locations. This position may be filled as either a part-time employee working approximately 20 hours per week OR as an independent contractor. The Events Coordinator is a key position with opportunity to develop the specific aspects of this new position. Gretna requires creative go-getter to promote a variety of events at multiple locations throughout our community. The individual will help grow the events and activities throughout our community as we prepare for a fast growing future. This is an exciting time to join the City of Gretna team to aid in visioning and implementing the future of Gretna and showcasing her image and entertainment possibilities. The initial starting salary for this position will begin at $17.71 per hour for the part-time position or $1,500 per event for a contractor.
