Workover Rig Operator

Responsibilities: • Operate and supervise workover rig operations • Lead crew and ensure safe, efficient work • Oversee rig-up/rig-down and equipment maintenance • Keep other teams, pumpers, informed when workover is done for a well Work Schedule: • Monday -- Friday • 8-hour shifts (Daytime) • Overtime available • No travel required -- home every night Requirements: • Oilfield/workover experience preferred • Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) • Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions • Strong safety and teamwork mindset • Must pass drug test • Reliable transportation to job site required • Must demonstrate care and responsibility when operating and handling company equipment Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) • Overtime pay available • Stable, local work (no travel costs) • Opportunity for advancement • Benefits and long-term positions are offered to employees who demonstrate reliability, safety, and strong work performance.
