Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.

Mobility Support: Help patients walk, transfer into beds or wheelchairs, and reposition safely.

Health Monitoring: Record vital signs (like heart rate and blood pressure) and provide medication reminders.

Homemaking: Prepare meals, handle grocery shopping, and perform light housekeeping.

Communication: Report any health status changes or emergencies to a registered nurse or supervisor.

Common Qualifications and RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Certification: Active state CNA license or an approved HHA training certificate.

Safety and Screening: Passing a Level 2 criminal background check, current CPR certification, and TB testing.

Transportation: Valid drivers license and reliable transport to travel to patient homes
