Extended Day Site Coordinator

Extended Learning Programs Coordinator Hamadeh Educational Services | Temporary, Part-Time Locations: Dearborn Heights, Canton, Westland & Detroit Hamadeh Educational Services is seeking an Extended Learning Programs Coordinator to oversee GPS Solutions staff and support school-day, before-school, after-school, and summer programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Provide instructional support and professional development.
• Oversee curriculum and program implementation.
• Monitor data, student progress, and program outcomes.
• Coordinate staffing, onboarding, and program logistics.
• Ensure compliance and required documentation.
• Collaborate with school leaders and staff.
• Support recruitment and staff performance.
• Lead family engagement and outreach.
• Support program improvement and strategic initiatives.

• Star International Academy – Dearborn Heights
• Star International Academy – Canton
• Universal Learning Academy – Westland
• Universal Academy – Detroit

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education
• 3–5 years of teaching and/or curriculum development experience
• Experience in school leadership
• Proficiency with Microsoft productivity applications

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field
• K–12 core content expertise (ELA, Math, Science, etc.)
• Experience supervising staff and managing performance
