A well-respected regional law firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join one of its offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defend employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation claims.
- Handle discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings before the state commission or board.
- Evaluate claims and provide case reports and recommendations to clients.
- Manage an active caseload and work with partners on case strategy.
Qualifications:
- Active law license in the state of the office location.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of $100,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.
