Responsibilities
- Defend employers and carriers in workers' compensation claims
- Handle discovery, depositions, mediations and hearings
- Prepare case evaluations and reports for clients
- Manage a caseload with support from experienced staff
Requirements
- Workers' compensation defense experience preferred
- Active bar license in good standing: Delaware
- Strong writing, analytical and client communication skills
