3+ Years of Experience | Casual Dress | Potential Ownership Opportunity

An established law practice is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney with at least three years of experience. Defense-side experience is preferred, but attorneys with plaintiff-side workers’ compensation experience are encouraged to apply.

This opportunity offers a casual dress environment and the potential to purchase the practice from the owner down the road - an appealing path for an attorney interested in future ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers’ compensation cases from initial evaluation through resolution.

• Research legal issues and draft pleadings, motions, and other case documents.

• Review medical records, evaluate claims, and develop case strategies.

• Handle discovery, depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations.

• Maintain clear client communication and manage case deadlines.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma law license in good standing.

• 3+ years of workers’ compensation experience.

• Defense-side experience preferred; plaintiff-side experience considered.

• Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and case management skills.

• Ability to work independently and build lasting client relationships.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

• Casual dress work environment.

• Opportunity to build a long-term workers’ compensation practice.

• Potential to buy out the owner in the future, subject to mutual agreement.
