A well-established law firm is seeking a Versatile Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to join its Charlotte, NC team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling a variety of sophisticated disputes and wants to continue building a strong litigation practice.
Practice Areas
The ideal candidate will have experience of the following:
- Litigation & Dispute Resolution
- Business & Corporate Litigation
- Personal Injury
- Community Association / HOA Litigation
- Real Estate Developer Disputes
- General civil litigation and dispute resolution
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of attorney experience
- Strong litigation and dispute-resolution background
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience managing cases from initial evaluation through resolution
- Strong communication and client-management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- MUST HAVE an active North Carolina Bar license
- MUST HAVE an active South Carolina Bar license
