Responsibilities
- Draft wills, trusts and related estate planning documents
- Advise clients on estate, gift and trust planning strategies
- Handle trust and estate administration matters
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements
- 5+ years of trusts and estates experience, up to partner level
- Active bar license in good standing: California
- Strong writing, analytical and client communication skills
