Trusts & Estates Attorney – Manchester, NH
Compensation: $120,000+ DOE
A well-established New Hampshire law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and comprehensive estate planning documents.
• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, asset protection, wealth preservation, and estate tax considerations.
• Manage probate proceedings, trust administration, and estate settlement matters while maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
• Active New Hampshire Bar license in good standing.
• 3+ years of experience in estate planning, trusts, probate, or estate administration.
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, organizational, and client communication skills.
