This is an outstanding opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, trust administration, fiduciary matters, and tax-efficient strategies-all within a nationally recognized law firm.
💼 WHAT YOU'LL HANDLE:
- Sophisticated estate planning and wealth transfer
- Drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
- Trust, estate & fiduciary administration
- Tax-efficient strategies for transferring wealth
- Federal and state tax analysis
- Advising clients on complex family and wealth-management matters
- Managing multiple sophisticated matters and client relationships
⭐ WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3-7+ years of Trust & Estates, Estate Planning, or related law firm experience
- Active Florida Bar admission
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience drafting estate planning documents
- Working knowledge of federal and state tax considerations
- Exceptional organization and project management skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and client-service skills
- Collaborative attitude with a desire to grow within a sophisticated T&E practice
