Trusts & Estates Attorney – New Hampshire
Salary: $110,000–$200,000 annually (DOE)
A well-respected New Hampshire law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established firm that values professionalism, client relationships, and career growth.
Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on estate planning, trust administration, probate, and asset protection strategies.
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Assist clients with estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings.
• Provide legal guidance on estate tax planning, wealth preservation, and succession planning.
Qualifications:
• Active New Hampshire Bar license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of trusts and estates experience.
• Strong knowledge of estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and client relationship management skills.
Compensation: $110,000–$200,000 annually, depending on experience.
