A highly respected law firm is seeking an experienced Trust & Estates Partner to join its Fort Lauderdale office in a lateral capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for an established attorney looking to join a strong platform with sophisticated clients, quality work, and the resources to support continued growth.
What You'll Do
- Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning matters
- Handle complex trust, estate, wealth transfer, and tax planning matters
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage matters independently while collaborating with attorneys and other professionals
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the firm's Trust & Estates practice
What We're Looking For
- Established Trust & Estates attorney with significant experience
- Strong background in estate planning, trusts, and related tax matters
- LL.M. in Taxation is a plus, but not required
- Portable book of business is a plus, but not required
- Strong technical, communication, and business-development skills
- Florida Bar admission in good standing
