Treasury Management Sales Officer

A $4.3B community bank is hiring its first Treasury Management Sales Officer in DFW. As the first person in this role, you'll help shape how the bank wins and grows treasury relationships, and you'll have real support from leadership behind you.

What you'll do

• Bring in new commercial and business deposit relationships across DFW through prospecting, referrals, and your existing network
• Sell treasury solutions such as cash management, ACH and wires, remote deposit, positive pay and fraud prevention, sweeps, and online banking
• Partner with commercial lenders and relationship managers to grow treasury penetration across the bank's portfolio
• Run consultative conversations with business owners and CFOs to find ways to improve their cash flow and operations
• Guide clients through onboarding with the bank's treasury support team

What you bring

• 2+ years of treasury management sales or business development experience in banking
• An established book of business in DFW and a track record of bringing in deposits
• A strong network of business owners and centers of influence across the metroplex
• Solid knowledge of treasury products, payments, and fraud prevention
• An entrepreneurial, self-starting approach to building a new line of business
